Next Generation Leaders
As well as working with experienced leaders I am particularly interested in providing developmental opportunities for young professionals in organisations. Our next generation leadership programme - Courage and Spark - described later is an example of this. I believe that it can make a huge difference to young leaders, and in turn their organisations, if they are able to fast track their emotional and psychological development in their twenties or early thirties through exposure to deep-dive, intensive personal growth programmes. This type of process challenges those young people to really get to grips with who they are, what leadership is all about, and what kind of leader they want to be.
